Louisville Activities

Louisville's City Tour and "Voluntourism" activity will take place Monday, October 23 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Both events are free of charge if you have registered for the conference. Transportation and lunch will be provided for both. The deadline to sign up for both events is Monday, October 9.

Bowling for Bourbon 

This year's Bowling for Bourbon event will take place on Monday, October 23 at the Executive Strike & Spare from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Click here to register.


 Silent & Live Auctions

Donations

If you are interested in donating an item to the silent auction, please click here and email the completed form to Sarah Brock.

Please return the donation form to us by Friday, October 6 and if you would like us to transport your item to the conference, please make sure that it arrives at the KTIA offices by Friday, October 13. If you are unable to get your item to us prior to the event, please deliver it to the KTIAC Registration desk on Monday, October 23 at the Crowne Plaza.

If you will be delivering your item the day of the auction, we ask that you take a photo of your donation item and email is to Sarah Brock so that it can be included in the mobile app.

Live Auction 

Major items will be included in the live auction which will take place during the Gala Dinner on the evening of October 24. Past live auction included travel packages, house boat rentals and exclusive experiences. If you are interested in donating a live auction item, please contact Hank Phillips for more information.  

How to Bid

Bidding will take place through the Handbid mobile app. We encourage all KTIAC attendees to get registered with Handbid and download the app prior to the event. However, if you prefer to wait until the conference, assistance will be available on site to help get you registered.

To register with Handbid from your desktop, please click here, then click on the Register button. If you'd like to go ahead and download the app, simply visit the AppStore or Play Store and click the free Handbid app and proceed to download. From there, click "Get Started" and create your account by entering your use information. Handbid will then text you a PIN code. Once you have entered your PIN code, you will select "2017 KTIAC Auction" from the list.
