Silent & Live Auctions
KTIA hosts a silent and live auction at the annual conference which serves as a vital fundraiser for the programs and services the association provides for its nearly 1,000 members.
The silent auction will take place throughout the day on Thursday, November 7 while the live auction will occur during the Gala Dinner later that evening. Donating is also a great way to promote and showcase your business or destination while also supporting KTIA.
Silent Auction
If you are interested in donating an item to the silent auction, please fill out and email the form below to Katherine Bowman at [email protected].
Note that we will be obtaining a temporary liquor license and will provide the license number to those donating liquor as soon as it is granted. If you are donating a gift certificate, please be sure to provide an actual certificate along with relevant contact information and other details.
Special Note: We are happy to receive your auction item onsite at the conference. However, it would be a huge assist to the KTIA team if you will submit your donation form by Monday, October 27 to ensure adequate time to input the information into our online auction platform.
Live Auction Donations
Major items will be included in the live auction. Past live auction items have included travel packages, major concert and event packages, houseboat rentals and exclusive experiences. If you are interested in donating a live auction item, please contact Hank Phillips for more information.
