Traverse Awards

Each year, KTIA recognizes and honors members for talent, creativity and effectiveness in marketing through the Traverse Awards for Excellence in Kentucky Tourism Marketing. For recipients, the awards represent a way for hard working individuals and teams to receive the recognition they deserve, and for the communities in which recipients are located, to better understand and appreciate the work of the travel and tourism industry and the professionals who comprise it.

Professional Awards

KTIA recognizes those members who go above and beyond in their service, involvement and engagement with the association and Kentucky tourism as a whole. Professional awards rewarded include the Mangeot-Oaken Distinguished Service Award, the Member of the Year, the Emerging Leader of the Year and the Stars of the Industry. All are presented at the annual Fall Conference.
